Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Who We Are

This site is operated by ACTi, a product of Unblinded Mastery (collectively, "ACTi," "we," "us," or "our"). The ACTi Legal Summit is a free, virtual, three-day event for practicing legal professionals, May 29–31, 2026.

2. Information We Collect

When you register, request an audit, or interact with any landing page, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and professional role you submit.
  • UTM parameters, referrer, and click identifiers (including Meta fbclid / _fbp / _fbc) to attribute your visit to the campaign that brought you here.
  • Page interactions, including which pages you viewed, which videos you watched, and how long you stayed, captured via the Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API.
  • Device, browser, and IP address (standard server log data).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Confirm your registration and deliver event access, reminders, and post-event replays.
  • Send you relevant educational material, product updates, and related offers via email, SMS, and AI-assisted calls — only with your consent.
  • Measure campaign performance and improve the LP and nurture experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Consent to Contact (TCPA)

When you tick the consent checkbox and submit the registration form, you expressly consent to ACTi (or others on its behalf) placing automated, prerecorded, or AI-driven marketing emails, calls, and texts (including SMS and MMS) to the number you provided. Contact frequency varies. Contact may occur outside 8 AM to 9 PM local time. Consent to contact is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. For text messages, reply HELP for help and STOP to end.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing privacy@acti.ai.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API) to deliver and measure advertising, remember your preferences, and route registrations. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the experience may not function correctly.

6. Third-Party Services

To run the Summit and the registration experience, we use Supabase (registration storage), Meta (advertising and analytics), ElevenLabs (conversational AI), Wistia (video hosting), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including California, the EU, and the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@acti.ai.

8. Terms of Use

By using this site and registering for the Summit, you agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to access it if you are not a practicing legal professional. The Summit content is provided for educational purposes and is not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by attending.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, remove attendees who violate the rules of engagement, and update these terms at any time.
